From September 13–19, 2026, the THIRDWAVE project participated in the EULiST Summer School on Knowledge Graphs for Water Management in Hannover. This intensive week brought together an international group of researchers and participants to explore the intersection of semantic technologies and environmental sustainability. A primary focus of the program was demonstrating how Knowledge Graphs and semantic models can be applied to enable semantic data integration and explainable AI within the context of Water Management. By combining theoretical concepts with hands-on project work and field trips, the summer school highlighted the practical impact of our collaborative research. Thank you to all the participants, organizers, and mentors who contributed to this successful week of interdisciplinary and international collaboration!
